Nur durch Beschäftigung, kann die Wirtschaft und die Kaufkraft der Menschen angekurbelt werden. Änderungen auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt wurden dringend benötigt, nur darf es nicht in die Richtung tendieren, dem Arbeitnehmer jeglichen Schutz zu verwähren. Dieses Buch soll im nachfolgenden aufzeigen, wie die betriebsbedingte Kündigung sich im Wandel der Zeit entwickelt hat. Es wird auf die Grundlage und Probleme der betriebsbedingten Kündigung im Normalfall Bezug genommen, wobei speziell auf die Besonderheiten und Neuerungen des KSchG eingegangen werden soll. Die Studie hat das Ziel, einen Überblick über die betriebsbedingte Kündigung zu geben und arbeitsrechtliche Neuerungen des Kündigungsschutzes im Vergleich zur alten Rechtslage zu erörtern und nahe zu bringen. Bei den anstehenden europäischen Entwicklungen müssen die vorgenommen Änderungen und deren Auswirkungen auch unter dem Aspekt äu erer Einflüsse der Nachbarländer, wie z.B. Polen betrachtet werden. Die vorliegenden aufgezeigten Entwicklungen und Neuerungen im Kündigungsschutzrecht sollen zu einer vorurteilsfreien Diskussion anregen und Vor- und Nachteile der Entwicklungen aufzeigen.

Aktuelle Arbeit an der Promotion zum Thema "Europäischer Ausbildungsmarkt - vergleichende Analyse der Länder Deutschland, Finnland, Polen sowie Dänemark an Hand der Ausbildungsberufe KFZ-Mechatroniker und Friseur" an der Technischen Universität Chemnitz.
