De plus en plus de crit�res viennent d�sormais faire obstacle aux �tats int�ress�s.
Ainsi, cet ouvrage analysera les conditions tacites d'int�gration aux BRICS+, mais �galement la situation politico-�conomique de l'Alg�rie. Il propose en outre un cadre analytique applicable � d'autres �tats dont la candidature a �t� rejet�e - comme le V�n�zuela ou le Pakistan - ou pourrait l'�tre � l'avenir.
