In light of recent social and political movements surrounding race and identity, Lexi was inspired to write about being multiracial and racially ambiguous in America, as well as the identity crisis that comes with it.

All Mixed Up delves into the complexities of navigating different cultural identities and the importance of belonging in today's society, empowering multiracial individuals to find beauty in their ambiguity.


Lutz, Lexi Andresen: - Alexandria "Lexi" Lutz is an attorney and first-time author. As an attorney, Lexi has worked at a law firm and for large corporations. She is also active in leadership with several professional and nonprofit organizations. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging while also embracing unique authenticity among multiracial individuals who may, at times, feel disconnected due to their unique cultural experiences. As a multiracial individual in America, Lexi felt led to explore themes of identity and belonging in her writing. She hopes to provide a fresh perspective and offer guidance for those feeling uncertain about their place in the world.
