Dem folgenden Leitfaden liegt die yom HUK-Verband den Mitgliedsuntemehmen empfohlene NormaI- fassung zugrunde, wie sie 1986 yom BAV genehmigt und zuletzt 1991 geiindert wurde. Einige Haftpflicht-Versicherer haben sich geringfligige Anderungen genehmigen lassen, die unberiicksichtigt bleiben muBten. Diese Abweichungen haben aber keinen erheblichen EinfluB auf die vorliegende Auslegung, sieht man einmaI von der Kundigungsmoglichkeit nach einer Priimienangleichung abo Parallel dazu werden die ARB in der Musterfassung des BAV verwendet. In ihrer letzten kompletten Fassung sind sie in VerBAV 5/86, 216 ff. veroffentlicht. Neben geringfugigen FormaIien gibt es nur drei nennenswerte Abweichungen, auf die im Textabdruck sowie in den Ausfuhrungen besonders hingewiesen wird. Die AHB werden durch eine Vielzahl von Besonderen Bedingungen und Zusatzbedingun- gen den individuellen Bediirfnissen nach Versicherungsschutz hinsichtlich der zu ver- sichemden Risiken angepaBt. Auf die jeweiligen Sonderbedingungen, die dann vor den ARB rangieren, ist bei entsprechender Bedeutung fiir die Praxis verwiesen. Die ARBStr flir radioaktive Risiken, die AVB ffir die Vermogensschaden-Haft- pflichtversicherung sowie die Besonderen Bedingungen fur die Produkt-Haftpflicht- versicherung sind nicht Gegenstand der Betrachtungen. 23 1 Gegenstand der Versicherung 1. Der Versicherer gewahrt dem Versicherungsnehmer Versicherungsschutz fUr den Fall, daB er wegen eines wahrend der Wirksamkeit der Versicherung eingetretenen Schaden- ereignisses, das den Tod, die Verletzung oder Gesundheitsschadigung von Menschen (Personenschaden) oder die Beschadigung oder Vemichtung von Sachen (Sachschaden) zur Folge hatte, fUr diese Folgen auf Grund gesetzlicher Haftpflichtbestimmungen privatrechtlichen Inhalts von einem Dritten auf Schadenersatz in Anspruch genommen wird.
