Haugen, Hayley: - Hayley Haugen is the founding editor of Sheila-Na-Gig Editions

Rivers-Gill, Sandra: - Sandra Rivers-Gill's poetry is known for its rhythmic, evocative imagery, familial and social consciousness fused with musicality and resilience. As an award-winning poet, performer, and playwright based in Northwest Ohio, her approach to her poetry and essays brings together written text and performance. Her unique voice bears witness to the complexities of life. A two-time Best of the Net nominee and a Pushcart Prize nominee, her poetry has been featured in numerous publications. Her debut poetry chapbook, As We Cover Ourselves With Light, (Sheila-Na-Gig Editions, 2023) was a finalist for the 2024 Eric Hoffer Book Award and featured at the 2024 Ohioana Book Festival. She is the editor of the poetry collections, Dopeless Hope Fiends (Radio Room Press, 2018) and Vibrant Voices (PP & P Press, 2025). Along with four other Ohio poets, she was commissioned to compose poems about Toledo Metroparks for #5poets5parks (2025). She has served as a long-time board member and poetry instructor for Naomi Inc, a treatment facility, and a poetry instructor for Otterbein Senior Living Communities (formerly Sunset House). Her work has been supported by the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and the Ohio Art's Council. She is an honorary member of Madd Poets Society, a member of Poets Against Racism & Hate/USA, and the Not Dead Yet Poets. She contributes to the drama ministry at her church, a Teaching Artist, engaging older adults and other communities in the art of poetry making, and she serves as the inaugural Poet Ambassador of Northwest Ohio, representing the Ohio Poetry Association. Sandra holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Toledo.
