Praktikumsbericht / -arbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Meine eigene Zielsetzung bestand darin, meine Kompetenzen zu erweitern und diese, in meinem letzten Praktikum zu festigen. Dazu zählt auch, dass ich für mich, meine persönlichen Lernziele in den vier Kompetenzbereichen operationalisierbar mache. Zu den vier Kompetenzbereichen zähle ich zum Einen meine Fachkompetenz. Dazu gehört, dass ich mein Fachwissen im Bezug auf meine zukünftige Arbeit als Erzieherin ausbaue. Vor allem die Auseinandersetzung mit den Krankheitsbildern der Schüler/innen erachte ich dabei als sehr wichtig. Denn nur durch die Aneignung dieses Fachwissen, bin ich in der Lage, Aufgaben und Lösungen geplant, zielgerichtet und situationsorientiert umzusetzen. Wobei ich dabei auch meine Methodenkompetenz erweitere. Au erdem möchte ich auch meine Sozialkompetenz erweitern. Meine wichtigste Zielsetzung bestand darin, dass ich entsprechend der bisherigen Projekterfahrung im KJT, sowie der Projekttheorie (aus Schule) zusammen mit den Schülern mit Behinderung(en) ein Projekt ins Leben zu rufen. Ich habe bewusst keine Form von Einrichtung gewählt, in der ich bereits arbeiten und Erfahrungen sammeln konnte, sondern die heilpädagogische Tagesbildungsstätte. Ich wollte mich der Herausforderung stellen und mein letztes Praktikum vor allem dafür nutzen, um Erfahrungen im sonder- und heilpädagogischen Bereich zu sammeln. Dies ist demnach meine primäre Zielsetzung in meiner Praxisphase. Durch diese Herausforderung möchte ich für mich herausfinden, ob ich dem Stress, psychisch wie auch physisch und der geforderten Flexibilität standhalten kann. Vor allem aber, ob ich die emotionale Stärke besitze, die in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung elementar wichtig ist. Des Weiteren sah ich es als Gelegenheit, Erfahrungen zu sammeln, die mich vor allem in meiner Persönlichkeit nachhaltig positiv beeinflussen werden.
