Die oben erw�hnten hoch heterotischen Kreuzungen belegten auch die ersten R�nge bei der Leistung des Samenertrags pro Pflanze. Daher sollten diese Kreuzungen f�r die Isolierung von transgressiven Segreganten f�r den Samenertrag und seine Komponenten zur genetischen Verbesserung von Sesam genutzt werden. Unter den Eltern erwiesen sich TBS-05 und TBS-10 als gute allgemeine Kombinationspartner f�r den Samenertrag pro Pflanze. Die Eltern TBS-05 und TBS-10 erwiesen sich als die besten, wenn man sowohl den Per-se- als auch den GCA-Effekt ber�cksichtigt. Bessere Segreganten k�nnen aus der Hybridkombination f�r den Samenertrag und die ertragssteigernden Merkmale gewonnen werden.
