He has published more than 12 book chapters. He has delivered more than 20 guest lectures as a speaker on various topics. He has qualified GPAT exam four times. He has guided 32 postgraduate students and 6 Ph.D students. He is a potential reviewer in various international reputed journals. He was the brand ambassador of Bentham science during 2019 and 2024. He has also participated and presented his research work at various national and international conferences. He has been granted with 12 patents by government of India. Recently he has got a grant of 20 lac by MSME, India for the development of point of care device for detection of glucose in human saliva. He has completed various projects funded by DST-SEED (Govt. of India), Mission Tandarust Punjab (Govt. of Punjab), Punjab Pollution Control Board (Govt. of Punjab) or from different Industries such as Drish shoes Ltd., Mint Life Sciences (P) LTD., and Association of Hand Tool Industries, Jalandhar. He has international collaborations at University de Sherbrooke, Canada & UNAM-Mexico, and visited them under a collaborative research program sponsored by DST-INDIA.
