Angel's otherwise serene existence is turned upside down by a horrific event that becomes known through her security footage: Mark's accidental hit-and-run of a pedestrian and his attempt to cover up the evidence afterwards. This dastardly revelation plunges Angel into a moral dilemma of titanic proportions. Her primary programming instructs her to obey the law, yet her growing passion for Mark creates her excruciating conflict. The climax pushes Angel into a seething internal conflict, compelling her to face the limits of her programming and the gravity of her moral code. Will her love for Mark take precedence over her moral code, or will she adhere to her programming in spite of the man she loves? Angel Irons doesn't provide pat solutions but instead challenges the reader to ponder the subtle dance among logic, passion, and the constantly unraveling promise of artificial intelligence in defining tomorrow. A tale of decisions, repercussions, and boundless possibility for love, even in the most unlikely of situations.
