So, I want you to know what my primary motive is for having written about how to personally eliminate anger. It is that I want you to know how to significantly increase your life happiness and success by reducing and eliminating your personal anger reactions. I have been angry about many different things in my life. And at a certain point, I realized that I wanted to stop doing anger and so stop getting the natural negative consequences that are always a part of doing anger. That was the start of my learning process about how to reduce and eliminate my own and others anger reactions to our core emotional issues. The titles of the chapters in Anger Elimination (see the Table of Contents below) specify what I am sharing with you to help you gain significantly greater happiness and success. I urge you to get a copy of this book now, read it very carefully, and then do the things that I suggest that will reduce and eliminate your personal angers. You will be amazed about what you gain! You may even want to send a copy of this book to someone that you know (perhaps anonymously lol) or to someone that you care about, who has anger issues. Dr. Brian L. Nowell (pronounced like Noel) has worked in a variety of leadership and education positions for the past 40+ years. During those years, he has personally consulted with many people to help them develop their potential to lead more successful and happier lives. His B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology are from The University of South Florida and The University of Georgia respectively. Dr. Nowell is the Managing Director of The Development Center, a not for profit organization which periodically provides education and development to individuals, groups, and organizations. And, he is a trustee for a "Green Forrest" Intentional Community near Eugene, Oregon. He has educated diverse audiences on various topics nationwide in the United States and in various countries overseas, and is currently providing learning in psychology classes for Texas A&M University-Central Texas. Dr. Nowell's psychological specializations and interests include, but are not limited to the following: Positive Psychology, Wisdom Psychology, Culture Evolution and Devolution, Adolescent Development, Stock Market Psychology, Organizational Optimization, Optimal Learning/Mastery Education, Counseling Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology. Dr. Nowell's personal interests include family development, family history research, multi focus short and long term history, oil painting, backpacking, carpentry, creative practical horticulture, appropriate technology living, creative problem solving, reading, traveling, and sailing. Brian and his wonderful wife Debby are living happily and in love with each other in Alabama.
