K. Reshay began writing at the age of eight in her hometown of Starkville, Mississippi. She has since written numerous short stories and poems and regularly performs her work in spoken-word venues.

In 2011, Reshay founded the Me Time Book Club, which is dedicated to providing a calm, supportive space for women readers.

Reshay lives in Alabama with her husband and two sons.
