Dr.Yashas Gowda. T G. received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering in the year 2014 and received his M.Tech (Machine Design) from SJB Institute of Technology, under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, India in the year 2016. He obtained a Ph.D. degree from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). He is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan. He has published more than 25 articles in high-quality international peer-reviewed journals, 9 book Chapters, 1 book (Editor), and presented research papers at national/international conferences. Also, He has worked as an organization committee member for 3 International Conferences organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan.His current research areas include Natural fiber composites, Tribology of Composite Materials and Polymer composites. He is recognized by Stanford University's list of the world's Top 2% of the Most-Cited Scientists in Single Year Citation Impact 2022.
J. S., Binoj: - Dr. J. S. BINOJ is currently working as an associate professor at Mohan Babu University, Pradesh, India. He graduated (B.E-Distn.) from St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil, Anna University in 2008 and obtained his (M.E-Gold) from C.S.I. Institute of Technology, Thovalai, Anna University, Chennai in 2011. He received his Ph.D. (SRF-P, DST, Govt. of India) from Anna University, Chennai in 2017. His areas of research are materials science, machinability, and composite materials especially fiber reinforced polymer composites.
Puttegowda, Madhu: - Dr. Madhu Puttegowda is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, Karnataka, India. He received his B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, India in 2011, and then went on to achieve his MTech in Product Design and Manufacturing and Ph.D. (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Science) from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2020. His current research areas include natural fiber composites, polymer composites and advanced material technology.
Rangappa, Sanjay Mavinkere: - Sanjay Mavinkere Rangappa serves as a Principal Research Scientist and Advisor for International Development at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (2010), an MTech in Computational Analysis (2013), and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Science (2018) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, followed by a Post-Doctorate from KMUTNB (2019). A prolific researcher in materials science and composites, his research focuses on natural fiber composites, polymer composites, and advanced material technology. He has received multiple accolades, including Outstanding Researcher Award 2021 from KMUTNB and recognition in Stanford University's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists list. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Elsevier's Heliyon and Frontier Materials, while holding seven patents across UK, Thailand, and India.
Siengchin, Suchart: - Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Suchart Siengchin serves as the President of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). His academic journey spans German institutions, earning degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, and Material Science, culminating in a PhD from the University of Kaiserslautern and habilitation from Chemnitz University. A distinguished researcher in polymer processing and composite materials, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of KMUTNB's International Journal of Applied Science and Technology. His excellence in research has been recognized with multiple KMUTNB Outstanding Researcher Awards (2010, 2012, 2013) and the National Excellence Researcher Award (2021) from the National Research Council of Thailand.
