Infatti, l'evoluzione del concetto di partecipazione rivela che, sebbene l'attuazione dei processi partecipativi sia scaturita dalla necessit� di criticare aspramente la societ� contemporanea degli anni '60, oggi essi sono stati utilizzati per rafforzare e legittimare i rapporti di potere esistenti. In questo quadro concettuale, la partecipazione viene attualmente analizzata e interpretata o come un diritto democratico o come uno strumento per raggiungere obiettivi specifici. Da questa prospettiva, il lavoro di ricerca intende interpretare l'ambivalenza intrinseca al concetto di partecipazione attraverso l'analisi di un caso di studio rappresentato dal Piano Paesaggistico Regionale (PPR) della Sardegna. In particolare, l'autrice propone un protocollo procedurale, il cui obiettivo � definire un quadro metodologico relativo all'attuazione di pratiche partecipative a sostegno dei processi di pianificazione su scala regionale.
