Dr. Yahya believes that the field needs more attention for lack of professionals in almost all Arab countries. The book includes several personality measures constructed by the author or developed from others, such as Sax, Wexler-Balvue (WAIS-R), Turman, and Stanford-Pene.

Graduated from Michigan State University with two Ph.D degrees, Dr. Hasan Yahya spent too many years constructing IQ Tests for children 2 - 12 yrs old, to be used for mentally and physically ill. Dr. Yahya hopes that parents and university students may benefit from the measures and drills in the book. He recently published "Therapy cases" of disabled in the Middle East. The author resides in Michigan, He had four children, one wife, and have, so far, eight grandchildren.
