Dr. Markus Langer ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes. In seiner Forschung beschäftigt er sich hauptsächlich mit dem Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz für Human Resource Management Prozesse (Personalauswahl, Schichtplanung), Vertrauen in Automatisierung und erklärbarer Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI). Er engagiert sich darüber hinaus aktiv für die Erklärbarkeit intelligenter Systeme sowie die ethische Nutzung von KI.Dr. Nida ul Habib Bajwa ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit den Themen Psychologie des Gründens und der Sichtbarkeit weltweiter Managementforschung. Gleichzeitig berät er national und international Unternehmen und Organisationen in Fragen der Personalentwicklung sowie bei der Etablierung von Start-Up-Ökosystemen.Prof. Dr. Cornelius König leitet den Lehrstuhl für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes. In seiner Forschung beschäftigt er vor allem mit der Personalauswahl, dem Zeitmanagement und dem Stress auf der Arbeit. Nebenher engagiert er sich berufspolitisch, berät regelmäßig Organisationen und ist Mitglied der Enquête-Kommission "Digitalisierung" des saarländischen Landtags.
