Die Beiträge sind aus einem einwöchigen Kontaktseminar Arbeits- markttheorie und -politik" entstanden, das an der Freien Universität Berlin mit Mitarbeitern des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufs- forschung der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit Anfang Oktober 1975 durch- geführt wurde. Die den Beiträgen zugrunde liegende Systematik er- laubt Studenten der Sozialwissenschaften, wesentliche Aspekte der Arbeitsmarkttheorie und -politik zusammenhängend zu prüfen. Die Referate wurden für den vorliegenden Band teilweise überarbeitet und aktualisiert. Einige Beiträge mu ten bedauerlicherweise gekürzt werden.
