Zur Erleichterung des Lemens, des Verstehens und des Behaltens wird der Drei- schritt, Fall-Systematische Sachdarstellung - Lösung" verwendet. Zur Einführung in die Probleme eines Sachgebiets dienen jeweils Fälle vor den entsprechenden Abschnitten. Sie sollen das praktische Interesse des Lernenden anregen und ihm zugleich als Gedächtnisstütze dienen. In der auf die Einführungsfälle folgenden systematischen Darstellung wird der Lehrstoff vermittelt. Am Ende jedes Kapitels finden sich Lösungshinweise für die obenbezeichneten Einführungsfälle.
