(DVZ, Nr. 038 vom 30.03.2006) Heutzutage ist die Arbeitszeit ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Lebens geworden. Sie bestimmt und strukturiert unseren Tages- und Wochenablauf und ber hrt direkt oder indirekt nahezu s mtliche Lebens- und Produktionsbereiche. Die Gestaltung der Arbeitszeit muss dadurch einer Vielzahl von Anforderungen gerecht werden. Die Studie macht es deutlich, dass sich die Arbeitszeitgestaltung zu einem dynamischen Feld des Personalmanagements entwickelt hat. Weiteres soll zun chst auch unter der Flexibilisierung die F higkeit zur Anpassung an ver nderte Umweltkonstellationen verstanden werden. Die Unternehmen m ssen sich darauf einstellen, dass zuk nftig grundlegende Ver nderungen notwendig sein werden. Durch die entstandene Wirtschaftskrise sind immer mehr Unternehmen bedacht, so wenig wie m glich Personal einzusetzen, um die Kosten so niedrig wie m glich zu halten. Doch f r viele Unternehmen stellt sich auch die Frage, welche Modelle sind geeignet f r welche Branche und werden diese auch von den Mitarbeitern akzeptiert.
