Prior to his stint at IIMC, he was a practising graphic designer for more than two decades at various reputed organizations, advertising agencies, and public and private sector companies. Professor Sarkar has acted as a visiting faculty, examiner, and consultant for curriculum development at various professional institutions and universities.
