Jay, the Waffle House line-cook hero, has been writing and cooking for over 13 years. In Douglasville, GA he was known as the Waffle House Guru, where he would leave his philosophies written on napkins and togo bags for his customers. Those philosophies became one of his first publications. As he worked the line in Marianna, FL he wrote and published over 15 books before getting married and moving to Bradenton, FL where he is an EMT/Firefighter and father of four. There he continues to publish his work and that of others.
