Considered as one of the top hairstylists in the industry, Jawed Habib is known for his association with film and fashion celebrities. Jawed entered his name in the Limca Book of Records by giving a whopping 410 haircuts in a day. Jawed has also been the brand ambassador of the famous hair care product brand, Sunsilk, and has also been the official hairstylist for Femina Miss India, 2003.

Jawed joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in April 2019. Jawed believes that education can add value to any profession and has a chain of academies where young hairstylists are trained and moulded every day. Not only are they taught the intricacies of hairstyling, but they are also trained in providing excellent service experience to the customers.

Coming from the prominent family of the hair and beauty business where his grandfather Nazir Ahmed was the official barber for Lord Mountbatten and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jawed believes that learning is a never-ending process. He attributes success in this profession largely to education.

Jawed completed his studies in French Literature from Delhi University and pursued specialization in Hair Design from The Morris School, London.
