"Bad Timing in Las Vegas" By Gayle Nathan In Vegas, it's not so much about luck as it is timing. For many, like Mark Gray, it's about bad timing. A carpenter putting his life together six months after his divorce from Tiffany, he keeps it simple by living in boarding houses. All he has from his twelve year marriage is a pick-up truck, a duffle bag for his clothes, his work tools and a case of herpes. Mark finds himself consumed with rage toward Tiffany. At first his anger flickers, barely noticeable. Over time it builds to a raging fire in his belly and he is forced to act to quench the flames. Bad Timing in Vegas is about Mark and his journey out of rage where he meets people who are trying to make a better life for themselves, with varying degrees of success.

As a practicing attorney in Las Vegas since 1993, Gayle Nathan's had a rich source of material for her debut novel, "Bad Timing In Vegas". The author continues to reside there with her younger daughter and a small menagerie of family pets. Her older daughter is in Hollywood pursuing her acting career. Gayle Nathan is a former District Court Judge, sitting on the Family Court bench from 2011-2014. While a judge she wrote and produced the video "Putting Your Best Foot Forward in Family Court." Gayle is a member of the Henderson Writer's Group.She is working on "Thirty Days in Vegas", a sequel to "Bad Timing in Vegas" and "Immortal Wolf", a paranormal fantasy.
