Außerdem hat er ein Diplom in Bau-Ingenieurwesen am Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bombay, Indien und später ein Diplom in Fachrichtung Informatik an der Universität Stuttgart erworben. Vor seiner jetzigen selbstständigen Tätigkeit war Dr. Talgeri bei verschiedenen internationalen Industrie- und IT-Unternehmen in den Leitungspositionen für die Bereiche Management, Sales und Marketing verantwortlich. Als Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) des Unternehmens TALGERI CONSULTING (TC) bietet er europäischen und asiatischen Regierungen bzw. Konzernen Consulting-Leistungen an. Das Unternehmen ist global bzw. international ausgerichtet und arbeitet mit Partnerfirmen weltweit zusammen. Mit dem Know-how und Einsatz neuer Technologien entwickelt TC für ihre Kunden neue Wachstumsstrategien.
