Question One: How did a religious movement begun by a Jewish Rabbi, Jesus of Nazareth, and His twelve disciples, evolve into a worldwide organization within 300 years-an organization that, at times, adopted policies resulting in the persecution and even killing of Jews? Many evangelicals use Romans 11 as a basis for the doctrine of predestination, but the truth is, these chapters have nothing to do with Gentile predestination or denominational debates.Today, I will give you several irrefutable, Bible-based reasons why Romans 9, 10, and 11 do not refer to Gentile predestination. I want to show you scriptural proof that we are living not just in the closing hour, but in the closing seconds of the dispensation of grace. I will share the story of Joseph and Jesus, and you will see by the end of this message that we are mere nanoseconds from the coming of the Son of God.
Read Romans 11:1-"I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin." Now, Romans 11:11-"I say then, have they [the Jewish people] stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But through their fall, to provoke them to jealousy, salvation has come to the Gentiles."
