Ed Ley is a coach for CEOs, founders and senior leaders who can see burnout coming long before it arrives.Originally from the United Kingdom, Ed moved to Denmark in 2017, where he now lives on the coast near Copenhagen with his wife and children. He works with leaders and teams all over the world, helping them rediscover the energy, presence and perspective they need to lead well and live fully.

With over twenty years in the business of behavioural change, Ed combines neuroscience, psychology and practical coaching to help people achieve more with less effort and more meaning. His approach is calm, direct and deeply human - rooted in curiosity rather than correction. He has spoken at TEDx events on human behaviour and performance, and his work continues to shape how leaders think about stress, culture and self-leadership.

When he isn't working, Ed spends time with his family, caring for their horses or enjoying the quiet rhythm of life by the coast in Copenhagen.
