Die Parameter der Lenkgeometrie - Neigungswinkel des Achsschenkelbolzens, Nachlaufwinkel, Sturzwinkel, Spurwinkel, Kratzradius, Vorspur und Nachspur - werden mit Hilfe von Ausrichtungsverfahren und Nachlauf-/Sturzmessger�ten gemessen. Die Komponenten des Aufh�ngungssystems drehen sich um eine Gummibuchse, die zwischen einer inneren und einer �u eren Metallh�lse zusammengedr�ckt wird. �bersch�ssiges Spiel in den Gelenken des Aufh�ngungssystems f�hrt wiederum zu Ver�nderungen der Lenkgeometrie. Dies ist nat�rlich f�r jedes Automobil eine gro e Herausforderung in Bezug auf Betrieb, Leistung, Wartung und Instandhaltung. Die Vorderradaufh�ngung besteht aus einem Gest�nge, das ein dreidimensionaler Mechanismus RSSR (Revolute, Spherical, Spherical, Revolute Paired) ist. Das Lenkverhalten h�ngt von der Eignung der an den verschiedenen Gelenken angebrachten Kugelbuchsen ab. Das Lenkverhalten h�ngt von der Position der Achsschenkelachse ab. Je nach Position der Achsschenkelachse werden der Achsschenkelwinkel, der Nachlaufwinkel, der Sturzwinkel, der Spurwinkel und der Scheuerradius eines Fahrzeugs bestimmt, und diese gemessenen Winkel werden an ein Schnittstellenprogramm weitergeleitet, das die Parameter der Lenkleistung berechnet.
