Ulrike Imm-Bazlen arbeitet als Systemische Einzel-, Paar- und Familientherapeutin (SG) sowie Traumabegleiterin (entspricht Traumapädagogik) in eigener Praxis in Untermünkheim bei Schwäbisch Hall (weitere Schwerpunkte: Bindungsbasierte Beratung und Therapie, Trauerbegleitung). Daneben hält sie unter anderem Vorträge bei Frauenfrühstücken, in Volkshochschulen sowie für den Caritasverband im Landkreis Passau und ist als Dozentin an einer Krankenpflegeschule tätig.

Anne-Kathrin Schmieg ist Diplom-Pflegepädagogin (FH) und absolvierte einen Masterstudiengang in Systemischer Beratung mit den Schwerpunkten Führung, Pädagogik und Beratung an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern. Aktuell ist sie die Fachbereichsleitung Kinder- und Jugendhilfe bei einem Wohlfahrtsverein und für zwei Einrichtungen für unbegleitete minderjährige Flüchtlinge im Raum Passau zuständig.
