Based on the past 15 years of my life as a woman, wife, and a mother, plus over 10 years as a blogger, I have used my experience and conversations with readers, wise women, and the word of God to inspire my writings. This is my attempt, while on the journey to find what is real, beautiful, exciting, and encouraging to motivate me in my passion, being a virtuous woman of God. I do not dare to deem that I am perfect. I am simply a woman on the humble journey of living as a Christian woman, wife, and mother in the modern world. I have decided to take this journey to another level, as I learn from the lessons of those before me and seek to encourage you though my writings. Including some excerpts from my blog and entries from my personal journal, this is a type of memoir, but one of encouragement. Looking at the challenges that we face as godly women in this day and age, while grabbing hold to the truth of God's word, I seek to answer questions like: *Am I enough? *Am I worthy? *How do I deal with rejection? *What should I do when I feel like a failure? *Who's standards do I live by? *How do I fulfill my purpose? and the topic that many women deal with today *Being a godly wife and mother. Come and find encouragement and strength needed to live a life that you can be proud of...one worthy of the words "Well done!"

Makeda Rodriguez is a Christian woman living in the 21st century. She holds fundamental biblical principles dear to her heart. Not only are they dear to her heart, but they govern the way that she lives, acts, and loves. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have four children. She is a devoted woman, wife, mother, friend, prayer warrior, author, coach, and entrepreneur. Although there is more that she loves about life, these are the most important. She is proud owner of a web design, development, virtual assistant, and digital solutions company called Red Word Host. Along her journey of mothering, she has picked up a few hobbies and certifications, of those, her love of all things creative and planning. She has a Bachelor's degree in English and thoroughly enjoys reading. She has been trained as a Life Coach and is currently pursuing a masters in Adult and Higher Education. She oversees Prayerful Bloggers an online ministry community for Christian women who blog. She cares deeply for God's people and seeks to help them be all that God has called them to be. She does this by helping women apply the word of God to their lives and thru prayer. It has been said that she has a prophetic voice that encourages hope, inspires courage, and leads women to the heart of God.
