Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Fitness and Health Management, Note: 1,7, SRH Fernhochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Auswertung einer Studie, die im Rahmen der Dachevaluation der gemeinsamen Deutschen Arbeitsschutzstrategie 2015 durchgeführt wurde. In dieser Arbeit werden spezifische Daten der Studie dahingehend ausgewertet, ob es Unterschiede in Abhängigkeiten und Zusammenhänge zwischen Belastung (sowohl physischen als auch psychischen) und Beschäftigungsvariablen der Branchengruppen ("Landwirtschaft und Produktion", "Dienstleistungen", sowie "nicht eindeutig zuordenbaren") gibt. Zum anderen soll analysiert werden, ob innerbetriebliche gesundheitsfördernde Aktivitäten angeboten und genutzt werden und ob diese Unterschiede auf berufsbedingte gesundheitliche Beschwerden nehmen. Dabei sollen, wenn es Unterschiede gibt, diese dargestellt und beschrieben werden. Darüber hinaus soll die Wirksamkeit von Gesundheitsförderungsma nahmen evaluiert werden, indem deren Einfluss auf die Häufigkeit berufsbedingter gesundheitlicher Beschwerden getestet wird. Mittels verschiedener deskriptiver und inferenzstatistischer Verfahren werden die Ergebnisse anschlie end dargestellt und interpretiert. Die aus Fehlbelastungen resultierenden psychischen und physischen Folgen beinhalten unter anderem Medikamenten- und Alkoholmissbrauch, höhere Krankenstände, Fehlzeiten, Fluktuation und Kündigungen. Konsequenzen, die für Arbeitnehmer wie Arbeitgeber unterwünscht sind, die durch ein betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement ausgeschlossen oder zumindest vermindert werden sollen. Dabei stellt sich die Frage, ob sich ein betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement auf verschiedene Branchen sowohl für psychische als auch physische Belastungen verallgemeinern lassen oder ob zwischen verschiedenen Branchengruppen signifikante Unterschiede zu bedenken sind. Darüber hinaus stellt sich die Frage, ob berufsbedingte gesundheitliche Beschwerden in Korrelatio
