English summary: This volume focuses on the Lemgo Grammar School curriculum drawn up in 1559 by then headmaster Bernhard Copius. Bernhard Copius revived the grammar school by taking the reformed curriculum of Petrus Ramus, Johannes Sturm and Philipp Melanchthon and developing it into a whole new concept. In Lemgo he found the conditions favourable for the implementation of his ideas. However, several distinguished pupils were taught his curriculum who were in employment at universities, courts or churches. German text. German description: Im Zentrum dieser Veroffentlichung steht ein Schulprogramm, das der damalige Rektor Bernhard Copius 1559 fur das Lemgoer Gymnasium verfasste. Bernhard Copius brachte das Gymnasium zu neuer Blute, indem er das reformierte Bildungsprogramm von Petrus Ramus, Johannes Sturm, Philipp Melanchthon zu einem eigenen Konzept erweiterte. In Lemgo fand er gute Moglichkeiten zur Umsetzung seiner Ideen vor. Sein Schulprogramm bildete jedoch einige bedeutende Schuler aus, die an Universitaten, Hofen und Kirchen tatig waren. Der Band umfasst Aufsatze von Robert Seidel uber die literaturwissenschaftlichen Aspekte der damaligen Schulbildung, von Stefan Ehrenpreis uber die historische Perspektive von Schulen im 16. Jahrhundert und von Bartold Haase uber den Zusammenhang von Theologie und Schule. Alexander Wagner thematisiert die Musik im Zeitalter Calvins, Fritz Udo Krause behandelt Calvin und Melanchthon im Kontext des Theaters. Der Beitrag von Lothar Weiss beschaftigt sich mit Bernhard Copius und seine Schuler sowie den Bestanden der alten Gymnasialbibliothek, Jurgen Scheffler referiert uber den konfessionellen Streit zwischen Lutheranern (Hamelmann) und Reformierten (Copius) in Lemgo und Friedrich W. Bratvogel uber das Schulprogramm und den Unterricht von Copius.
