Weiterhin wurden Hinweise zu Open Source Software, zum neuen Geschäftsgeheimnisgesetz und zur Sprache bei internationalen Verträgen aufgenommen. Dr. Meinhard Erben ist Managing Partner bei KANZLEI DR. ERBEN RECHTSANWÄLTE. Er berät seit über 20 Jahren Software-Anwender sowie die öffentliche Hand im Wirtschaftsrecht, insbesondere bei der Verhandlung und Gestaltung von IT-Verträgen und Cloud Computing Services. Dr. Erben ist seit 2017 auch Dozent an der Dualen Hochschule Mannheim (Graduate School Rhein-Neckar, MBA-Studiengang IT-Management).

Dr. Wolf G. H. Günther, Fachanwalt für IT Recht und Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz, ist seit 2002 Rechtsanwalt, war von 2003 bis 2006 Lehrbeauftragter an der Fachhochschule Merseburg und von 2009 bis 2012 an der SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. Bei KANZLEI DR. ERBEN RECHTSANWÄLTE berät er seit 2004 schwerpunktmäßig bei der Gestaltung von internationalen und nationalen IT-Verträgen sowie im Marken- und Wettbewerbsrecht.
