Da in der Wirtschaftspraxis die Anzahl und Komplexität der Orga- nisationsprojekte deutlich zunimmt, wird au erdem in einem Abschnitt zum Projekt- management die Arbeit mit Projekten am Beispiel systematisch aufgezeigt.
