In abgelegenen l�ndlichen Gebieten ist der gleichberechtigte Zugang zu Impfleistungen jedoch nach wie vor eine gro e Herausforderung. Der Gesundheitsbezirk Kyab� im Tschad veranschaulicht diese Problematik mit einem hohen Anteil an Kindern, die nicht ausreichend geimpft sind. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Wirksamkeit der in diesem Distrikt umgesetzten fortschrittlichen Impfstrategien zu bewerten, die bestehenden Einschr�nkungen zu ermitteln und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Durchimpfungsrate zu formulieren.Es handelt sich um eine deskriptive und analytische Studie, die zwischen November 2024 und M�rz 2025 durchgef�hrt wurde. Von den 22 Gesundheitszentren des Distrikts wurden 15 Leiter einbezogen. Die Daten wurden mithilfe von Frageb�gen, die den Leitern der Gesundheitszentren ausgeh�ndigt wurden, und durch die Auswertung von Sekund�rdaten aus der Impfdatenbank des Distrikts gesammelt. Die Analysen wurden mithilfe der Software KoboCollect, SPSS und Excel durchgef�hrt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass 90% der erfassten D�rfer in sehr abgelegenen Gebieten liegen, in denen mehr als 75% der Zielkinder leben.
