Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Ma nahmen der Prävention und der professionellen Durchführung von Zwangsma nahmen. Diese Ma nahmen sollen den Pflegenden Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, wie die Beziehung in solchen schwierigen Situationen gestaltet werden kann, damit die Beziehung zum Patienten nicht geschädigt wird bzw. erhalten bleibt. Es werden aber auch Ma nahmen aufgezeigt um die Beziehung zum Patienten aufzubauen bzw. zu festigen. Des Weiteren soll sich die Arbeit auf Zwangsma nahmen aufgrund von aggressivem bzw. gewalttätigem Verhalten begrenzen. Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit stehen die Fragen: - Welche Möglichkeiten der Beziehungsgestaltung gibt es um Zwangsma nahmen zu vermeiden? - Welche Möglichkeiten der Beziehungsgestaltung gibt es bei der Durchführung und während der Zwangsma nahmen um die Folgen und Auswirkungen so gering wie möglich zu halten? Ziel dieser Arbeit ist aufzeigen welche präventiven Möglichkeiten es gibt um Zwangsma nahmen zu vermeiden und welche Möglichkeiten um diese professionell durchzuführen. Dadurch soll der Beziehungsaufbau und die Beziehungsgestaltung zum Patienten nicht beeinträchtigt werden. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass die Auswirkungen von Aggressionen und Zwang für Pflegende und Patienten reduziert werden. Es soll aufzeigt werden, dass es verschiedene Einflussmöglichkeiten gibt und man Aggressionen und Zwang nicht hilflos ausgeliefert ist.
