Describing themselves as "progressive environmentalists," the transsexual couple present Mother Gaia's radical plan to change America into one free of white people, the military and police, fossil fuels, aircraft and cars, and toxic thoughts. And they order President Douglas to resign in one month.

The mighty NSA cannot locate Jack and Jill. President Douglas refuses to step down, threatens to kill Victor and his family if he does not retract his ultimatum, and Jack and Jill periodically launch cyber-attacks to compel Douglas to resign. Will Victor and his family survive? Will America? Or is God using Jack and Jill to judge the country for its collective, unrepentant sins?
