El grupo existi� solo por un per�odo muy breve de tiempo y dej� como legado solo un �lbum hom�nimo, pero su importancia hist�rica va mucho m�s all� de eso. Blind Faith fue una prueba de que m�sicos de gran talento pueden trabajar juntos, a pesar de sus diferentes or�genes y experiencias, creando m�sica trascendental. El fen�meno del "supergrupo" se volver�a muy popular en la d�cada de 1970, pero el esfuerzo pionero que fue Blind Faith permanecer�a para siempre en nuestra memoria colectiva como uno de los pasos gigantes del Rock. Los talentos colectivos del guitarrista Eric Clapton, el vocalista y tecladista Steve Winwood, el bajista Rick Grech y el baterista Ginger Baker representaron los a�os de formaci�n y las experiencias del rock brit�nico en la d�cada de 1960. Tocaron en algunas de las bandas m�s importantes de esa d�cada: Spencer Davis Group, Graham Bond Organization, Cream, Traffic y Family, todos �conos y destacados triunfadores del Rock. La m�sica que crearon juntos en Blind Faith es (especialmente en retrospectiva) bastante sorprendente y diferente a cualquier cosa hecha antes. Anticlim�tica, variada y relajada, les permiti� tomarse un merecido descanso de las extremidades emocionales (y f�sicas) que todos experimentaron con sus grupos anteriores.
