He is basically a lawyer, who started his career practising under his father who had a successful stint as a lawyer at the Madras High Court [India]. He had a quite hectic practice in different courts, thanks to his vast knowledge of the legal systems and procedures for more than 28 years. His experience in Indian Legal System made him to write this book to make a technological advancement in Global Judiciaries which are similar to Indian Legal System.the general public know more about court and legal systems than the lawyers. Common public are the sufferers of the current legal processes across world and they forced to accept because of their fearful nature towards legal system, even though it is the mistake of legal system itself. Hence just a small a change in the legal process will not make it smart. The Need of the hour is a complete revamp to make court process systems and legal procedures smarter. In fact, this is the normal public perception about court procedures and processes in respect of any legal issue or case.In this handbook, I have only tried to give certain solutions to this rampant and vexed problem being faced by the public at large. My idea is to give an idea how better modern technology can be used to ease complications of legal process issues and procedures. The book is partially based on the reality of court case processes and related problems and certain technology solutions for the same. Secondly, part of this book is little speculative and, it is more like a prediction. In fact it has more to it than a fiction and it can be described as more or less a 'Lawyer Technocrat's Narrative Non-fiction' or 'A Lawyer Technocrat's Personal Narrative'. More simply, what I have followed is first presenting information about a significant legal issue and suggest how technology can help to solve the same. The whole thing is in a story telling style to make it reader-friendly.To explain further, this Handbook tries to explain how to convert the entire legal system into Legal Blockchain Systems integrated with Artificial Intelligence [AI] and Internet of Things [IoT]. The system procedures are explained with typical real live court cases I myself have handled personally as a lawyer. I have also tried to explain how innovative technology can be utilized to solve the related issues coming under the exiting legal system. The legal system structure is fully explained while elaborating how the latest technology can be utilized to solve various legal issues. The whole process is defined carefully with utmost clarity as best I can.Thanks to my expertise in legal systems as well as modern Technologies [like Blockchain, AI, IoT or BoT(Blockchain of Things) Etc.] I could come out with a viable full-fledged Handbook on how to resolve legal issues with utilising the modern technology to the maximum.I was fortunate to have a rich experience of working as lawyer in various High Courts in India.
