This book initially started life as a journal when my world was suddenly turned upside-down and inside-out, with an unexpected diagnosis of breast cancer. With such a diagnosis comes reflection on the life you have lived, and you wonder if indeed it could have been caused by: 1) Lifestyle-Trauma, 2)Diet, 3)Stress, 4) Environment, or 5 Poverty (does this really have bearing in contracting cancer?) The reason I mention this is that there is an ongoing debate as to the cause of breast cancer. So, I would like to share with you my past, present and future lives to see if indeed my diagnosis was brought on by environment/Stress/and the life we led.

Howarth, Kaye: - This is my story, about my past, the present, hopeful-ly a future. I am thirty-three years young. I work part-time as a registered childminder, working up to the Maximum hours you are legally allowed to work if claiming Welfare Benefits to top us up. Planning for our future once my children are both in school and I can go back to work full time, am studying for a "Diploma in Welfare," one day a week at our lo-cal Weymouth College, I do my course work once the children are warm and snug tucked up in bed.
