Blurr is a fantastic joy ride of magic and wonderment. It is a colorful diverse adaptation into the world of fantasy. India is a young woman coming to terms with being an adult when she learns of a group beings called Blurr's. They are elemental psionic beings called blurs. On her path she discovers dark magic as well as a multitude of new and classic mythical creatures and beings. She is joined my many allies and makes a few enemies along her path. This timeless tale is full of metaphorical standpoints that tip the scale on ethics and viewpoints. India finds herself wondering what keeps a person holding as much power as she has from becoming the evils they try to balance. Blurr's are neutral beings that ensure balance. Apprehensive at first wondering if her own pair of eyes were playing tricks on her somehow. All of that comes to a definitive moment of fight or flight when she finds that her family is in danger. A quick study, she stops at nothing to cultivate her own powers within to stop Javier and his dastardly plans in his tracks.

Joanna "Joey Renee" West was born on November 20 1984 in Washington DC. She grew up in South East on 37th Street. Her parents moved to Northeast when she was 10 years old. She went to three separate elementary schools. She attended Weatherless for grades Pre Kindergarten to 3rd. From grades 4 to 5 she attended Kimball and finally she graduated 6th grade from Miner in 1996. It was in Miner that gave her the push to engage in writing. During her studies there she took a creative writing class. It was during that class that her first poem was written. It was called Artificial Flower. The poem spoke on the love and affection that is often given to those that are "fake". It was based on the emotions she felt regarding situations that she faced in school. She didn't know it at the time but she had a gift. As years followed in Browne Junior High and Phelps Career High Joanna held her passion close. Her poetry came to fill up folders then folders turned to binders. In 2004 what started as a way to vent turned to aspirations for a career. One night while writing a poem in her binder she received an upsetting phone call. She sat at the table in a candle lit room. It smelled of vanilla. A gentle breeze from the fan blew through the room. In a fit of anger she tossed the binder as tears ran from her face. Pages flew all over the room. Never had she realized so many poems were in that binder. That was the day where the idea for her first book Love's Untold Story was developed. She knew that she had to do something with the 200 something poems in that binder. It began by separating the good poems from the crappy ones. Some poems were refurbished and some were trashed or archived for safe keeping. In the end only about 100 poems made the cut. Through a span of 8 years Joanna shuffled through the cards life dealt her. From work, school, family, and a constant battle between job and career her book finally became a finalized published work. Her book was published through several companies. Some of them offered very little while other where complete rip offs. Through it all she remained humble as she grew as a writer. Every opportunity was a chance to grow. In 2013 Joanna stepped into writing as a full time career and craft. She has a writing company called Freelance Writing CORP. She does writing jobs for clients while continuing work with her publications. No matter what life throws at Joanna "Joey Renee" West she meets with optimism and a positive outlook.
