As you read Boots From Birth, you will be in the saddle as you ride with Cecil Bernard for these past 90 years. Across every trail and mountain of the U.S.! I have interviewed Cecil many hours, and have written his quotes exactly as he spoke them in his Western Brogue. This alone is a tour in a new world yet of the past in beautiful graphic wording by this man that lived it first hand. From the 1928 hills of Oklahoma to the 100 mile square ranch of the Matador in Texas when Cecil was 14, with a brief working stop at the Turkey Track ranch Word Pictures let you travel. You will be there when he is dawned the name Chief Kinard as a teen. You see him ride and break a horse that had killed the other two cowboys before him. You will hear Cecil tell it when you read: That old Amarillo bronc was just like a coiled spring. He'd go as high as the fence around 'em. And just turn his old belly... turn his old belly right up to the sun, like he's gonna, jus' like-hangin' on to that bare back riggin', just like if you went to the ground, he's gonna crunch you like - like an ant, and you's hangin' on to that bare back riggin upside down. And if he came down on you he'd crush you." All from the comfort of where you are you travel with us as we follow Cecil to watch him: Ride and win those rodeos across this country Ride with hundreds around the state line of Texas Ride with Governors, Nashville Stars and other cowboys and cowgirls from other countries to the Bicentennial at Valley Forge Pennsylvania in 1976. It's a long treacherous horse back ride from Canada to Mexico with Cecil. You will see those pictures of Cecil in rodeo events, trail rides and feel like you are in that saddle as an equestrian partner. Go with me back through time, and forward to the present. Feel that clone of the western past that made this America what it is today.

Then two other biographies seem to fall into place. Plus time did include one current stretch between a socio/humanitarian topic, current to 2014-03-09 and study of socio psychology. This was to encompass a study of how people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by the actual, imagined, or implied events. This nurtured a softer character cataclysm of communication while this research and writing occurred. In efforts to escalade as voice in radio and television broadcasting, offerings were accepted to write and voice Commercial Content programs. Spot Announcements or Public Service and Public Participation venues were accomplished. This was for local, state, national and international media. And as bilingual occurred! Community format of events in workable description over the years attracted interest and attendance of a mass audience. References available! It was my place to recognize rules and regulations with and of the Federal Communication Commission as in what to and what not to say, and or promote. Or, to offer it with legal communication jargon in any case! As master of ceremony, or as in emcee format, working within a more secure better understanding of and with foster, truant, drug prone and homeless youth was televised. Within media broadcasting everyday there appeared trauma youth and adults to council.
