Breaking The Chains of Trauma is a daily devotional based on the life of Sojourner Truth. Her story provides many opportunities for understanding trauma and suggests ways to move through it. It is critical today to address and find solutions to trauma's growing implications in our daily lives.

The purpose is to gain freedom, taking time to reflect, process, heal, journal, and birth a new vision on your journey.
