Und tatsächlich, die von Analysten prognostizierte Entwicklung der Branche liegt mit 17% deutlich über dem erwarteten Wirtschaftswachstum. Dabei spielt im BPO neben dem IT- Sektor und der industriellen Produktion, die den grö ten Bereich darstellt, auch der Unternehmensbereich HR eine immer grö er werdende Rolle. 2003 entfielen ca. 20% des Gesamtvolumens des europäischen BPO- Marktes auf das Personalwesen- und das Volumen steigt. Neueste Untersuchungen von Gartner prognostizieren dem HR BPO für 2009 einen weltweiten Gesamtumsatz von 31 Mrd. EUR. 1 Dax- Unternehmen wie Infineon Technologies, Ford oder Philips sehen das Potenzial des Marktes und den Nutzen daraus. Sie stellen nicht nur wettbewerbsfähige Produkte her, sie verschaffen sich auch langfristig entscheidende Wettbewerbsvorteile durch Prozessinnovation. Die in dieser Hausarbeit vorgestellte Form des Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing wird im allgemeinen veranschaulicht und geht im speziellen auf Dienstleistungsoutsourcing im Bereich Human Resource ein. Die Hausarbeit zeigt sowohl die Vorteile eines BPO aber auch die Nachteile. Darüber hinaus wird der Erfolg des ausgelagerten Prozesses Recruiting anhand eines Praxisbeispiels, hier Infineon, veranschaulicht.
