Kristin grew up swimming in backyard pools and the Pacific Ocean. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in English and wrote for the Daily Nexus. A lifelong resident of California, she has lived all over the state, but she gravitates toward the water. She currently lives in San Diego with Rivers, Kordelia and Fonzie who love her despite her quirks of which she has many.
