Dr. Mayank Joshipura is Associate Dean, Research and Ph.D. programme and Professor of Finance at School of Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai. Dr. Joshipura, an engineering graduate, holds Ph.D. and MBA degrees in Finance. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Glocoll porgramme. He has completed a certificate programme on "Creating value through financial management" from Wharton Business School, USA. Dr. Joshipura is the recipient of the "Best Finance Professor Award" at the 23rd Devang Mehta, National Education awards in the year 2015. Dr. Joshipura has received the "BEST FACULTY" award for the year 2022-23 at the SBM-NMIMS University Convocation on April 2023.
Dr. Joshipura has published several articles in reputed international journals. His research interests span across Behavioral Finance, Asset Pricing, Investment Strategies Fintech and Sustainable Finance. Mathur, Sachin: - Sachin Mathur is Associate Professor at the School of Business Management, Mumbai, India, where he has taught various courses related to corporate finance and investment analysis since August 2017. He is an educator, financial researcher and consultant. Previously, he had also taught at IBS Business School and was a faculty for the CRISIL Certified Analyst Programme. His areas of research interest include corporate finance, investment analysis and financial markets.
He has more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience at various organizations, including Bennett, Coleman and Company Ltd, INFAC and CRISIL Ltd. As the head of research division at CRISIL, he led a large team of financial analysts on industry research, credit research, customized research and independent equity research. He had also been an external member of the Ratings Committee at Acuité Ratings & Research Ltd and has been a consultant to financial research and ratings organizations.
