Redacción Científica del año 2007 en eltema Sociología - Derecho y Delincuencia, Idioma: Español, Resumen: El presente trabajo, en lo particular toca un tema del cual nadie es ajeno, todo aquel que nació en el Perú en la década de los 70, no ignora la miseria y desdicha que nos dejó la violencia política. Para poder abordar este tema se tiene que retroceder en el tiempo, y analizar parte de la Historia Política del Perú, concentrándonos en los problemas que trae consigo el centralismo, la mala distribución de la riqueza, la concentración del poder en pequeños grupos económicos y el problema multi etnológico o racial que el país y sus políticos tienen aun pendientes de resolver. El tema resulta ser muy sensible, pues la ideología prestada de experiencias foráneas (Revolución Rusa, Cubana y China), se aplico con los mismos matices de violencia y excesos bélicos de ambos bandos, un terrorismo mutuo fue el "medio" que se desarrollo tanto por los integrantes de los grupos terroristas así como por el ejército del Perú, el cual se vio rebasado en un primer momento, al pretender detener esta violencia y al no lograrlo, tubo que aplicar los mismos métodos usados por estos grupos. Actualmente, el problema sigue latente, subsiste el grupo terrorista Sendero Luminoso, como brazo armado de la ideología izquierdista radical, quien aliado con el narcotráfico, intenta nuevamente ser el abanderado de la violencia en el país, pero aplicando nuevas tácticas de penetración social y reclutamiento de adeptos, para lo cual tiene los medios económicos (que le da el narcotráfico) y el conocimiento militar necesario para prevalecer en esta zona de conflicto (zona cocalera del valle del Monzón). Esta monografía intenta, esclarecer algunos factores aun ocultos, que permitieron sumir al país, en una guerra social que a dejado secuelas muy hondas en todos los peruanos, y mucho más ahora que la "verdad oculta" de algunos sucesos empiezan a salir a luz, y que todos nos estremecemos al saber
