Luis Duarte, presidente de la República, no se ha recobrado de la reciente guerra civil en España. En su conciencia pesan las acusaciones de cobardía por llegar a un acuerdo con Marruecos sobre Ceuta y Melilla. En una peligrosa huida hacia delante, Duarte llevará hasta sus últimas consecuencias su política anticolonialista, pretendiendo eliminar por vía militar el último bastión del imperialismo anglosajón en suelo español: Gibraltar.

José Antonio Suárez (Albacete, España, 1963), es licenciado en Derecho y autor de quince novelas de diversos géneros, como la ciencia ficción, la literatura especulativa, el thriller o la ficción política. Ha colaborado con artículos y relatos en varios medios españoles, como Ciberpaís, Asimov, Artifex, Solaris, NGC3660 o Alfa Eridiani.
