For over centuries, the role of the construction industry has been recognized in enabling social, economic and industrial development. Likewise, the construction in Botswana has been a great pillar in transforming the nation. The book uses findings of a study undertaken in the construction industry of Botswana to describe the nature of the industry and its associated challenges. It discusses in detail the theory, practices, and findings along the three themes.
