Au erdem sollen die Chancen und Risiken für die Initiatoren/Start-ups sowie Geldgebern/Investoren aufgezeigt und am Ende eine Handlungsempfehlung gegeben werden. Diese Arbeit ist in fünf Kapitel gegliedert. Zu Beginn erfolgt eine kurze allgemeine Einführung in die Thematik und Problemstellung samt der Formulierung der Forschungsfrage. Das zweite Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Entstehung und Funktionsweise des Crowdfunding, sowie einer kurzen Vorstellung aller möglichen Finanzierungsarten des Crowdfundings. Somit wird einerseits ein kleiner Überblick der möglichen Finanzierungsarten geschaffen und auf der anderen Seite sollen die wesentlichen Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Konzepten erklärt werden und die Funktionsweise des Crowdfundings erläutert werden. Nach der theoretischen Vorstellung des Crowdfundings werden im dritten Kapitel die Chancen und Risiken des Crowdfundings erörtert. Hierbei sind zuerst die Chancen der Initiatoren/Start-ups und den Geldgebern/Investoren vorgestellt worden, danach die Risiken. Dabei soll ein Überblick geschaffen werden, welche Vorteile und Nachteile das Crowdfunding mit sich bringt. Im vierten Kapitel wird das Crowdinvesting, welches im zweiten Kapitel kurz angesprochen wird, näher erläutert. Daraufhin folgt wie beim Crowdfunding eine Aufteilung zwischen den Chancen und Risiken für die Initiatoren/Start-ups und Geldgebern/Investoren. Im abschlie enden fünften Kapitel erfolgt eine Schlussfolgerung über das Crowdinvesting und das Crowdfunding.
