He teaches courses in child and adolescent counselling, counselling special population, development psychology and qualitative research methods.

He is the current president of IALSE (Indian Association of Life Skills Education) Bengaluru, Karnataka chapter. He has conducted several life-skills training and community intervention programmes in the last 10 years. His research interests include adolescent and youth psychology, school psychology, life skills education, social intervention, training and development and qualitative research methods.
