Berufliche Tätigkeit im Forschungs- und Entwicklungsbereich von Unternehmen der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie sowie am Deutschen Patentamt, am Bundespatentgericht und als Mitglied einer Technischen Beschwerdekammer des Europäischen Patentamts. Langjährige Lehrtätigkeit und Mitarbeit an der Formulierung von Ausbildungsinhalten für Technische Assistenzberufe in der Medizin und in der Biologie.
